How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee your spot, especially for early morning flights. Last-minute bookings may be available — call us to check.
What airports do you serve?
We serve Buffalo Niagara International (BUF), Niagara Falls International (IAG), Rochester International (ROC), Toronto Pearson (YYZ), and other regional airports. Contact us if you need a route not listed.
When do I pay?
All rides are pay on pickup — no credit card required to reserve. We accept cash and major credit cards at the time of your ride.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 12 hours notice for cancellations. For same-day cancellations, please call us directly so we can adjust our schedule.
What if my flight is delayed?
For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrivals and adjust your pickup time accordingly. Just make sure we have your flight number when you book.
How many bags can I bring?
Shared shuttle passengers may bring up to 2 checked-size bags and 1 carry-on. Private rides have more flexibility — let us know if you have oversized luggage or special items.
